At first I was skeptical because I had filed bankruptcy and thought I would be told no but they came back promptly saying yes. I was in there at 910am and home before 11am. Everyone was so nice friendly and masked up. Everyone was very helpful respectful about business. I truly loved my treatment at Blossom.

BLOSSOM CHEV HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I HAVE BEEN A 20 YEAR CUSTOMER AND I AM TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. HOW CAN YOU GO IN FOR SERVICE ONE DAY AND WHEN I PICK MY VEH UP MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AS MY CAR WAS FINE BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT
This service was in the body shop for a driverside mirror replacement. For the initial estimate I did have to wait quite a while due to not having an appointment. Once the estimator met with me he was extremely thorough taking pictures of the entire car and the broken mirror. He explained the entire process and ordered the mirror that day. Once it was painted I came back for the install and it was VERY QUICK! Everyone was polite and the mirror looks great! Brian Crouch handled everything and due to him and his efforts I'll be bringing one of my other cars in for repair and paint. Awesome job
