Jimmy John's

Extremely dirty, the owner must not have high cleaning standards at all. Their motto is “freaky fast” but at this location it’s the exact opposite. I called in a order 10 min before showing up and it still wasn’t ready, I stood around for another 15min. The communication between workers was sub par because they got my order wrong. Lastly the quality of the food was not very good compared to other locations I’ve been to. In general save your time and go somewhere else.

I will not eat at this place again. The rolls they use are by no means soft. You are lucky you can taste the meat, but you can somewhat taste the mayo and at least taste the tomatoes. Jersey Mike's and Togo's are so very much better. Even subway in that order. So at least one star just to post. Otherwise no stars

To be fair, this Jim Johns has been five stars, however today they earned a single star and that is being kind. We waited at least 15 minutes for our order, they had a trainee making sandwiches during the busy lunch hour and the poor guy undid my sandwich 3 times, once it was done, definitely not Jim John standard sandwich, a number 5 Vito, Who ever is managing needs to use common sense and make sure food is done right not handled multiple times especially during these times where less handled the better . Do better. Disappointed Jim John fan.

Terrible!!ud83dudc4e Horrible Worst service on a sandwich, smh. I called and even ask for extra on this sandwich and someone tried to be funny by over doing it. Let's be kind if not good customer service.nCall back the next day to speak to the manager and he was very short which is understandable when you were a manager of a but let's act like a customer besides that's why you are in the business

I manage a local Dental office and our staff LOVE this Jimmy Johns! We had a mishap with our staff lunch order last week, but the manager TOTALLY made up for it! We will definitely keep coming here. :)
