Needed a new car urgently, and came in with a restricted schedule and budget. Within a few hours I had traded in my old car and drove off in a nice, affordable, quality car. Drew was incredibly professional, helpful, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. They're really dedicated to taking care of their customers and their car needs. Just had an engine put in my car by them and no issues. Took a bit longer than I expected but they were busy and for a good reason they are the most exception customer service out of any I've been to. Extremely understanding and would take my car to them over any other byryder. They are just great people in general. Had most of my encounters with Rena (I believe that's how you spell it ) and she was always nice and courteous. Thanks again.

Got charged an extra $200 for Kahu. Was supposed to receive an email for a link to sign up. Never received it. Called Drew who handled my whole transaction and let him know I still never received it. Here we are a month later and still never received.nAfter posting a negative review I finally got the link sent to me and it was fixed. Other than that I’ve been perfectly happy with my choice to use them! Thank you for turning a 1 star experience into a 5!

Great place to get car, Tiffany did everything she could for me to walk away same day with car. The whole place from financing to service of vehicle's is great. Rob and Steve are great mangers have done a lot to help me. Was even there to help when I was rear ended they was there to assist me if needed there help thanks for all you guys have done.
