Firehouse Subs Gateway Mall

I decided to purchase from Firehouse Subs after they were highly recommend from lots of people and they did not disappoint. I ordered 4 deluxe sub platters and 1/2 of a gluten free platter. All the sandwiches were filled with delicious fillings and each individually wrapped. The workers at Firehouse Subs did an amazing job of making sure that I was happy with my order and that it was ready when we needed it to be. Thank you Rich for texting, calling and organizing my order. Thank you to Ryan for calling me the day of and confirming my order requests, then quickly and efficiently correcting a slight mishap. All the items we were told would be there, were there. Nothing was missing. Everyone at our event was fed delicious sandwiches and I hope that provides you 60+ more customers who speak about how delicious your sandwiches are! Thank you, thank, thank you for everything your team did!!

Rudest Management/Owner I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Staff very slow. Waited 40 minutes and finally approached manager after staff said was working on it. Customers coming in and ordering and leaving and there I stand. I asked manager if he could check on order. He accused me of pulling an employee aside when, no way possible to do this at location, only to find out they put wrong name on my order. Owner who doesn’t understand it is his customers who keep him in business. Also saw employees with no gloves picking up ingredients off a cutting board that is not cleaned in between orders and picking up contents and throwing in a next customers container. This is after see draining juice from meats on same board!! Horrible and Rude!!nNever again!!

Rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, lazy staff. I walked in to pick up my order. And no one even acknowledged me. All the employees are just standing and goofing around. I had to ask if my order is ready. They asked what time is my pick up. I told them the time and they told me to comeback at that time.... no one is in the store. The staffs are just standing and goofing off. By the time I went back to pick up my order. I had to wait for another 10 min.

Fantastic staff! Always friendly and attentive to me as a driver and as a customer. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better!

Manager was extremely rude and wouldnt stop laughing. Refused to say if my online order had come in when the employees didnt have the ticket
