Got my Hyundai's maintenance done this week. I didn't have to wait to talk to the service advisor and my servicing was done quickly along with complimentary services. There is an area to wait while your car is being serviced and they also provide pickup and shuttle service if you prefer. Staff are courteous and social distancing guidelines are maintained throughout the center. I would strongly recommend this place.

If I could give the service department a 0 I would. I had my car inspected on a Friday for a noise I was hearing when I turned my wheel to the right and Ira told me I needed both front axles replaced. I called Monday which was a week ago to have my car repaired today. I took a half a day off work thinking I’m going to get the repairs done.nMy appointment was at 1:00pm and I arrived about 1210pm to wait for 40 minutes for Ira to tell me they don’t have my part. I was never notified another part needed to be order. Instead he said I don’t know why you weren’t called it’s not my department and the part was sold the same day I made my appointment and I need to pay for the parts upfront which I did. This place is unprofessional, obviously about the money, and not providing good quality customer service. I left two messages for the service department manager Eva because I was told she was in a meeting and she never returned my calls. I feel like I was treated like I did something wrong when the service department didn’t follow through with making sure my part was in. The only person who was apologetic about this whole thing was the cashier. She was very sweet. I will never go back to this dealership after they complete my repair and a lot of the staff walked around with no mask interacting with one another and customers are around.

Ira and his crew are consistently on top of their game when I need service. I appreciate their personal care. I got in and out in a timely manner and all work was completed, including a tire repair. Keep up the great work!

Best sales department in the mid-west and mid-south! I've driven over 500 miles twice to buy cars from them and will continue to do so! They've saved me thousands compared to the next-best offer I've received!
