Little Caesars Pizza

We were comped some pizzas as we were not satisfied with what we got the first time. They are usually pretty good here. When we ordered our comped pizzas, we did not say it was for our comp until we already arrived to get the pizzas. All the pizzas and bread sticks were well cooked and seasoned. Very happy this go around. We will be back for sure.

The worst possible customer service at the 183 Q street location. 2 items were not given that were paid for, when we called , the employee that answered identified herself as the manager said that it was not her or the locations responsibility to ensure the order was correct. Then said it was not possible that they got our order wrong because employees dont actually hand the items to customers because they are prohibited from doing so, which is funny because the employee literally handed us the items when we picked them up. The franchise owner should seriously evaluate this managers employment, because the responsibility is clearly too much for them. I'd love to talk to someone about this situation. Its unfortunate that an employee would disrespect a customer over such a trivial issue that could have been fixed easily. Never patronizing this location again.

I mean, obviously its not gonna be the greatest, but that's what you expect. Very fast service and good prices.

I ordered Italian cheesy bread with my pizza delivery, I normally pick it up myself and it comes with marina/crazy sauce. I didn't get any sauce with my delivery. Pretty disappointing considering the delivery charge was over SIX DOLLARS, on a $14 order!!!!!! The two stars is only for the tasty pizza and the people who made the pizza.
