They half alot of shelves without product need help in the store

The only reason why I gave 1star is due the way customers are being treated! My resent visual this store was embarrassing and humiliating! The moment I entered the store the manager followed me to each lane to see if I was stealing! I’m no thief or ever been labeled as one! While checking out with my choice of items, I expressed my feelings! I went to leave and the alarm went off! I asked the clerk if she had taken the buzzards off the toddler clothes I purchased. She replied that she did and the price tags had a sensor on them! I stood I’m the doorway to find why my bags triggered them alarm! And sure enough she put the alarm sensor device in my bag! This is not the first time I witnessed this type of activity from family dollar, it’s just the first time experiencing it for myself! Management need to address this situation or I will take legal action on the behalf of myself! It’s not right it’s racist, and it’s offensive!

Rude customer service all around, and the store is disgusting. Definitely won't be back

The cashier was very rudenI got a basket and discovered it has only one handle not two and I changed to another one next thing she told me I have contaminated the other baskets and had to spray all the baskets again cos I changed to the next basketnI tried to explain to her but she gave me an attitude ,not even ready to listen, I showednher the basket, she kept on murmuring and I have to take my leave

This store is being administered by Managers who are permitting Glittering( what means “ u can use a coupon with another item that’s not the same on coupon but scans like if it where that item) this lady in front of me I swear Had about 200 coupons or more and had this cart full of the same items in bunches.nWow ud83dude2e I was like I really , I hope she won’t do what I was thinking she was going to do, she did the cashier was scanning coupons like if it where that specific item on the coupon they where doing FRAUD like WTF ‘ that’s why us legit couponers have issues in stores because of those people who are doing FRAUD.nI ask the other Cashier for the manager and she said she was I immediately told her about what they where doing , the manager went to the cashier that was scanning the coupons and letting her know that she can’t do that the coupon had to match the item and she tells the lady and the lady had comment to her (manager thats there was another manager who lets her do that ! Like what !!! I was mad and then what ever that was scanned and bagged she paid for not even $3.00 bucks ud83dude35ud83dude35ud83dude35 Customers viewing that like what kind of managers Work there , But I will call Corporate and let them know the exact store and to view the Cameras so they can also Fire those cashiers that don’t care for the company, by not following company coupon policies.
