Trish was very energetic and had by far the best customer service skills compared to other locations in the area. I felt like she went above and beyond and was very helpful. Compared to other locations where they just acted like they didn't care if they earned your business at all. One thing I will say is the place is dated and could use some updates maybe a fresh look not only outside but inside the units as well. My unit door is a little tough to open which I forgot to address to Trish but will certainly let her know. Other then that great location great rates and will refer or suggest to anyone I know that is needing a place to store things to give Trish a call!
