Couture Wigs and Extensions

Denise was really unprofessional. I set an appointment for a wig install 2 weeks in advance. I needed a wig installed for my baby shower. 2 days before my appointment I called her to confirm appointment was still on and at first she tried to say my appointment had already passed the week before. I said I have emails between you and I saying my appointment is for this Tuesday. She said “oh” and told me to drop my wig off. I left work to drop off my wig and she looked at the wig in disgust because it was newly bought from a beauty supply store. She never mentioned before that bleaching a certain wig is impossible. She said she would try to bleach it and call me later that day to let me know. She never called me back. The day of my appointment I had to call her 10 times to get her to her to answer the phone. When she did answer she said she had to call me back just to let me know if the wig was bleached. I said I need a call back ASAP so I know if I need to take off work for the appointment. I waited 2 hrs and called her back just for her to say she hadn’t bleached nor plucked the wig. Why would I have to wait 2 days for you just to say you did nothing with my wig? I wasted weeks of time sending emails and planning a wig install. If she didn’t want to install a wig she didn’t charge extra to “create” she should have just said that from jump. I bought tanning spray and got the knots to look bleached and plucked the wig myself and installed it myself at 37 weeks pregnant. I saved $140

I went to the shop and explained to the woman what I wanted. It was a very traumatic experience for me. She seemed very confident that she could provide what I asked for and I paid her. Upon pick up she did not show me how to put the wig on or teach me anything about clipping it in. The wig wasn't the same style as we talked about. But she got her money so she didn't give us any additional time or training.

Denise have been doing my hair over 6 years now. She is very professional and quick. Very knowledgeable about her product. May you continue to rise to the top.nDottie

My two - eight year old daughters have alopecia and wanted wigs to feel more confident. I had never purchased or worn a wig before, so I had no idea what I was doing. Denise was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions and made my daughters feel comfortable with the process. She also gave me information about requesting funds to help cover the cost through the NAAF. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will absolutely be going back for any future wig needs.
