Serviced heat pump and replaced capacitor. Stephanie in the office was quite courteous, all over it and so promptly effective. Adam the tech was likewise absolutely great to work with, a total pro, really knew his stuff and completed it right on the spot to my 100% satisfaction.nGodby HPE is a locally owned, family business that strongly earns and highly deserves our patronage!

Absolutely wonderful service! Very knowledgeable and professional yet personable and friendly too. Really appreciate the friendly approach and genuine desire help take care of our needs. They were flexible enough to deal with an unexpected leak and repaired it prior to installing our new water heater. Wonderful experience all the way around! From the first phone call with Stephanie to the the final invoice from Will, we would recommend them to everyone!

Their electrician Josh is AMAZING! Quick to respond, on time, professional, extremely helpful... the list goes on and on. I was having trouble with a machine and Josh was willing to spend his weekend doing research for me to put me at ease. I can’t even begin to express how awesome this gentleman is and what a blessing he is to the blue collar working class folks like myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and hope you get to meet Josh!

Have been a Godby customer for many years. They've done our furnace, A/C, water heater and other misc. items. I've always been satisfied. Of note is the service personnel that have come to the house. They've always been on time. I trust their work. Update 08/31/2020. Installed new washing machine. Older house so valves and box needed replacing. Top shelf work at fair price. Plumber new his business and is great.

The technician did an excellent job of servicing our HVAC system. He was thorough, considerate and explained what he has done very well.
