Their electrician Josh is AMAZING! Quick to respond, on time, professional, extremely helpful... the list goes on and on. I was having trouble with a machine and Josh was willing to spend his weekend doing research for me to put me at ease. Have been a Godby customer for many years. They've done our furnace, A/C, water heater and other misc. items. I've always been satisfied. Of note is the service personnel that have come to the house. They've always been on time. I trust their work. Update 08/31/2020. Installed new washing machine. Older house so valves and box needed replacing. Top shelf work at fair price. Plumber new his business and is great.

The technician did an excellent job of servicing our HVAC system. He was thorough, considerate and explained what he has done very well.
