Our salesman Kurt was awesome! This is my first new vehicle in over 20 years and he made it easy. This was our first experience with Ed Martin, and saying that it will be our last if you are looking at a used vehicle make you look at what you are getting I bought a used truck I have put less than 3000 Miles on it and having problems with air in the fuel system and the brakes are shot the only help I got from them is we will send you a 200.00 check and hope that helps the brakes alone is about 800 so from now on we will do business with Bill Estes

After dreadful experiences at a cadillac dealership, I took a chance at Ed Martin since it is close to my office. They were great! The value I received is more like my local mechanic than most dealerships that try to tack on additional, unwanted services.nThe staff is polite, quick, experienced, empathetic, professional, friendly and able to explain situations effectively. Added bonus is they provide shuttle rides. One of my fellow passengers needed a ride all the way out to Fishers, probably because the service is so good at Ed Martin, compared to other dealerships closer to her home.

After I honked and the overhead door opened it was all smooth sailing. Getting my brakes checked was the only issue (I thought), but the mechanic didn’t stop there. The entire suspension was checked and I was given detailed print outs with pricing; but I was only charged the brake inspection fee and no pressure for more work.nJon Zimmerman was courteous professional and thorough.
