I had a really good experience trading my car on a 2015 Mazda3. Dennis was very welcoming and ready to answer any questions I might have. I’m really enjoying the car, as is my wife. My only concern is that the car is going to need a new clutch soon. It doesn’t come as a surprise, given the miles on the car. But I would’ve liked to have been made aware of that. In any case, I had a wonderful experience.

From the moment Kyle Crockett greeted is outside, he was personable, knowledgeable and very transparent. My fiancé and I were upfront about our must haves and just wants and Kyle did everything he could to accommodate those. Kyle offered his knowledge on multiple cars to give us a better idea of what would be a better fit and was incredibly patient with us through the process. When it was time for financing and paperwork, Keith was also incredibly patient while we worked through some Insurance things. I had told Kyle that I was an employee with the State of Indiana and Keith was able to provide me with a discount on my purchase. Kyla and Keith both made the whole process absolutely flawless and painless. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership and I will continue to recommend their location to everyone I talk to!

Took my Equinox to get an oil change and the service needed at 30,000 miles. My check air bag light was on. The extended warranty should have covered any charge for the air bag less a $100 deductible. The vehicle was kept overnight to get the air bag part in and the car was finished around 1 pm the second day.nWhen I went to pick up the vehicle I was presented with a bill that showed a zero dollar charge for the air bag (as I had been quoted $125 for that part of the service I wondered if a recall might have been used to zero the charge). I asked the cashier about the total and was told it was correct - and that the service tech had the ability to apply discounts different from coupons . I signed for the charges and paid the bill.nImagine my utter surprise when I got a text today advising that the charge didn’t properly reflect the charge for the air bag and I owed $100. The tech suggested that they would re-run the card and charge me the higher amount.nThat would have resulted in a double charge on my debit card (temporary but still inconvenient over a few days). I decided to pay the $100 - but left the transaction feeling taken advantage of- Bill Estes is owned by a large company and is no longer a local, family owned business. They easily could absorb the error yet they bullied me to pay $100 when finances are tight. This action takes a five/four star service to two.

Amazing customer service. Stopped in just to look at a couple of pick ups and ended up buying one. Fair price, 100% transparent transaction, car fax and all. Bill Estes Chevrolet always has the best service in the surrounding Indianapolis area. I’ve been to numerous dealers in the past few years, and nobody comes close to the quality of service at Bill Estes Chevrolet. I have waited beyond 3 hours for a routine oil change at some dealers; and I have been heckled and forced into decisions by others. But at Bill Estes, I’ve never waited longer than 75 minutes for a service, and they are personable and look out for my best interest instead of seeing me as another potential profit. Bill Estes Chevrolet has earned my business for a long time. I will always take my cars there and I will encourage my kids to go there as well. I encourage that you do the same. You will be glad you did.
