This is so far the worst yard. I've done the virtual queue for 1h and half and I was number 1. when I went in to ask, all the employees were in the phone laughing and having a good time. Nobody cares about the customers outside. I asked to speak with the manager she came to me with a terrible attitude and rudeness. She didn't wanna take my check for payment So I went the Ciecro Yard and they were super nice and helpful.nIndianapolis Copart you're the worst Copart representative.

The experience couldn't have been better! The transaction as well as the covid-19 precautions were perfect. It took less than three minutes.

I have been in car business for almost 20 years and dealt with almost all auctions in the country, it's by far the worst branch of any auction anywhere. Absolutely incompetent. Avoid if all possible. I sure will

Bought a vehicle for $14,100 and want to charge me over $3,000 in fees!!! What a joke. Awful company. You’ll be on the phone for hours and hours. Copart is nothing like the old Salvage Direct. Won’t buy here again.

Terrible customer service. They don’t do anything inside and they’ll keep you waiting outside while they laugh and having fun inside.
