Terrance Hood is absolutely the best. He got my 17 year old daughter in a 2021 Nissan Versa. Everyone at the location on Pike Plaza and Lafayette Rd. are very pleasant. I would recommend any and everyone who are looking for a vehicle to visit them, you will surely drive away in something nice.

Jennifer was truly an incredible service team member. She made us feel heard, took our concerns seriously about our vehicle, and handled all the work between us, the dealership and Nissan. We are so grateful for her. She called and followed up consistently and timely!

Only revealed at signing that the car had one key after they had wasted hours of our time that day and it was near closing time. Added bogus $300 'fee' to the agreed upon purchase price (not documentation fee, something else). No floor mats in the car despite asking repeatedly.nnThey are careless in reporting information on their ads (trim color and mileage inaccuracies). Some cars had obvious damage and even though were on their lot for over 90 days, they were not cleaned and were visibly grimy inside which was disgusting. Despite interest in the cars they had no gasoline in them when we came to test drive. The staff a very poor at wearing masks or wearing them properly.nnStill not responding to my messages about what is going to be done about this second key.nnThey just don't care about their customers there. Best avoided.

I went in for the first time recently. The transmission on my 2013 Sentra went out. I worked with Carlos in the service department and couldn't be more satisfied. He was amazing. He contacted Nissan and got them to pick up half the tab for a new transmission and when the fluids were not included in the quote he went back to the Nissan goodwill department and they picked up the tab for that too. As if that wasn't enough Carlos communicated with me and let me know what to expect every step of the way. Even when I called to check on things he was so patient and friendly every time. Carlos is the reason I will be taking my car here when I need service!nn09/24/2020 UPDATE: my car died suddenly Sunday evening. I had it towed to Andy Mohr that evening. Even they were closed, I heard from them first thing Monday morning. They were wonderful. I worked with Jessica and Alise. Great communication the whole time and they were able to get it in and out the same day. The check engine light came on later the next day, although I had driven the car all day. I called and brought it back in the next day. It was related to the fix. I had my fuel pump changed and then the fuel pump gasket went out. They fixed it without charge and I got it back early the same day. This dealership is great. I would not feel comfortable taking it anywhere else. Thank you!
