Yesterday while picking up my mobile order inside, one of the baristas mumbled thanks have a great day. She then touched her ear as if she was using a headpiece. She never looked my way so I assumed she was either using a headset or speaking to the woman who was before me. So as I grab my drink she clearly states “or not!”nUnfortunately I drink way too much Starbucks so when I go to pick up my drink the next day it’s the same “friendly” associate. I’m the only person inside waiting so she decides to announce every other drink she places on the mobile counter but mine.nThank you mature staff of Kessler and Michigan.nI would suggest looking at the person or trying to make eye contact when speaking to people.
To the girl at the drive thru window today Thursday 07/16 around 4:00 you are the type of employers that make a business successful and one of the reasons why I love a Starbucks
