Went in to order two hot chocolates. Waited patiently for them to get done not realizing they were already set on the counter. None of the staff in the empty store acknowledged us at all or even told us when our drinks were done. Staff just continued to stare at us until we realized our drinks were done. One star.
Apparently, the district managers have control on how much a store can reopen. That said, this store only has 3 tables out on the patio and no inside seating. Other district managers in Marion county have actually opened their cafes and patios. Eventually there might be some actual corporate leadership and more consistent policy across the county and area.
