Ehhh same as always. Missing food. No stars. Typical
Stop in to pick up an order for my customer doing my side hustle . The employees were definitely not into working , more into goofing off and talking to one another. When they should have been more productive and clean up the lobby I have never seen this restaurant in such disarray and just plan nasty.
Young black man at drive thru just holds food out window without saying a word. Then I can hear him cop an attitude,with window closed, because I checked my order before driving off. Food itself was good but fire this clown!
They have two lanes to order from, which I don't like because they quite often have tried to give my food away to someone else. But today we sat and sat in drive one while four vehicles went through drive two. Because they had curbs all around us there is no way we could get over to drive two. We were told that the person taking orders on drive one was messing up and not taking orders like she should. When we got our food from her, she did not have her mask over her nose. I hate that.
Not sure if this is the only McDonald's in town BUT there was a long line in the drive thru at 9am AND I almost passed it up. It doesn't have the McDonald's arch. But there is an LA fitness sign to help lol
