My favorite location! This morning two employees sang & danced for my birthday. Everytime I come to this Starbucks if they are here, they're always so friendly. I didn't get their names but if I would have thought about it fast enough, I would've tipped both of them! I hope they get acknowledged for their hospitality.
My venti iced caramel latte was great. I wish I would have been given the option for a straw. All the caramel settled to the bottom of my cup. So thats kinda irritating.
After waiting in line for about 5-10 minutes, i get to the speaker to place my order and im told they're closed... at 1:17pm on a Saturday? Really? I understand emergencies can happen but if that was the case, there should have been a sign or a cone outside so people don't waste their time. I honestly think because the line was so long, they couldn't keep up or were short staffed. Thanks for the inconvenience.
I go here every day. The are the best Starbucks in Indy
Myself and son come in each day and the employees are so professional and nice we've only ever been to a Starbucks a handful of times and always feel welcome drive thru only fast highly recommended
