HORRIBLE PLACE! Staff is very rude! I've been here for over a year and when I first started it was $30 for my unit which was a 5x5 and now it went up to $48. I just moved out and I called customer service to ask for a refund and they told me they couldn't because I didn't have the correct driver's license number on file because there was my old license so they told me to go into the office the next day and have them upload my new driver's license on file and they would be able to issue me a refund since I moved out at the beginning of the month and I asked the lady if I could get my refund because that's what the person at customer service told me and she said they don't issue refunds. And she was being completely rude to me and her tone of voice was not very polite while she was talking to me. So I asked if she could upload my driver's license on there and she said there was a different last name on there and I said yeah I got married last year but my same address is still on there and she uploaded it finally. don't ever rent from this place because they are not professional and they do not care about their customers. They are also very pricey.

Chris is the go-to person for this location. My mother and I went in to inquire about a storage unit and what the process of reserving one is. Chris explained everything and gave us a tour of a unit we were interested in. We had no idea what the storage process was before, but Chris answered all of our questions. I feel even better about storing my items at this location because of Chris’s knowledge and excellence customer service. If you’re looking for a storage unit in Greenwood or the Indianapolis area, this is the place for you!

Chris and Melissa were as nice in person as they were on the phone. Chris was training Melissa and they both did a great job. It went very smoothly as they both showed me 2 different sizes for me to choose one. Chris made sure I received my discount for my online reservation. Thanks Chris for thinking of me. We all need to save some money when we can. I hope my positive experience I had today will continue in the future. Thanks for making my first storage rental experience a pleasant one. I will certainly recommend this place to others.
