The place is clean and has the classic barbershop feel. The guys do great work and the price is probably too affordable for the service. They could charge a bit more but who's complaining? My son and I got great cuts and attention while being out the door for 40 bucks including tip. Cash only but ATM on site.

Horrible customer service, was hung up on when I couldn't remember the barber we made our appointment with, first time customers, I simply forgot his name! Was told I'd have to walk up to each barber and ask if they had a 5pm appointment. So do their job for them, like so many businesses today! Then... He hung up on me! So we signed in under Any Barber.. Bad idea should've left. My nephew's tapper fade *1 inch off top* tapered sides* looks like hair cut at cookie cutters. Go to school with this hair cut and you will get baked.. as my nephew says. Worse this will only be fixable by way of shortening his bangs further! Also was told first timers usually do walk in then make appointments. I'm not most customers Joe Blow! Took photos I'll post them. He usually goes to GreatClips. Guess the ladies can do what men do better ud83dude18 Tyler was the barber.

Went to Chads about a month ago.nDidnt expect much because Ive had my hair cut several times at several different places like most everyone else.nnWalked into the building and I was legit raising eyebrows and genuinely pleased. The barbers were extremely professional and courteous. The atmoshpere was alive. Poppin tunes and beautiful artwork on the walls.nnOne barber, Brandon K, had the opportunity to style my hair with a fresh fade. My hair was long. At least shoulder length. This wizard of a barber refined my style like it was easy. 10/10 best haircut ive ever experienced.nnThis man is a barbershop god. He will make you look and feel like your ultimate self after you get a fresh cut from him!!!!nnChads is where its at!!!!!

Every time I go any of those guys give me an amazing cut. Very warm and friendly atmosphere too.

I’ve been going to a different barber for seven years, they changed their hours which is why I had to try another shop. I passed by Chad’s by chance and stopped to get my son and I a hair cut. The shop had at least 15 barbers and they were packed. I knew right then that this had to be a good place to get a cut. I was not disappointed. Before tip it was $36 for both and the quality was better than what I’ve paid $70 for JUST ME downtown Indianapolis or near Keystone Fashion mall. So, I have found a new barber shop. Top notch. I see that the owner responds to these so, I’ll try my nest to credit the barbers I had today. Mine was an average build white guy, ear pierced, short beard, lite color hair with a unique name that I somehow forgot. His chair was directly in front of Chad’s office, the other barber was a smaller frame slim white guy with darker hair right next to the barber I had. Sorry I forgot the guys name.
