Elements Health Club -Springfield OR

This club has so many amenities! Cardio, weights, swimming, basketball, handball etc. It'snfamily friendly. My favorite aspect is the E5 Academy. The classes are awesome, challenging and the coaches are so encouraging. I have truly found my fitfam! And they do all of this while staying clean and making sure all members are safe

I am one of the coaches here at the Springfield location and I absolutely love it. The people, the members, we have taken and continue to take precautions. We are a community. It’s a family experience and we are even offering kids classes in our E5 Academy within the gym. I can speak for myself, I absolutely love coaching and working with our incredible members as I know our other coaches do as well. It brings me joy showing up and helping people set and reach their goals. Inspiring and being inspired. I truly encourage you to come give us a try. I’d love to have you in a class! We have so many group fitness classes offered as well as our small group training in the Academy!! Come on in and take a look around! Meet our coaches and try a class!! Oh and the pools nice too! Never overcrowded at the outdoor pool!

If you're looking for a gym that is awesome, I highly recommend Elements, and especially the springfield location. The gym is well designed and the pool is awesome. The best part are the classes they offer. The instructors are amazing and personalize the workouts. They've added the E5 academy and it throughly kicks my butt.nnI cannot say enough good things about this place and these people.nnDon't be afraid to go back to the gym or to start a membership. They keep it very clean and are always working to make things better.

The gym is clean, staff regularly wiping down equipment and washing locker room and bathroom facilities. People are very thoughtful and are cleaning up the equipment when they finish using it. Part of protecting myself from the COVID 19 is to stay healthy so I'm really glad the gym is open, clean and staff making this possible.

Amazing facility! They have 3 locations Springfield, Oakway and West Eugene to fit everyone's needs! They have an awesome jiu jitsu program for adults and kids, intense workout programs for every need (all workout programs are modified as needed), boxing, swimming pools (Springfield & Eugene location), saunsa, hot tub, racket ball courts, water aerobics, and so much more! I also like how the layout of the gym is very open, When it's able to start running again they have a great kids area and they serve food and drinks for all ages! You get so much programs, opportunities and fun for a great price!
