Common Bond Yoga

Common Bond has very knowledgeable, friendly and personable instructors who offer a wide range of yoga experiences. From gentle yin and slow yoga, to more intense flow classes they offer something for everyone. After the COVID pandemic, they worked hard to provide videos on YouTube, interactive zoom sessions, yoga in the park as well as smaller in studio classes to continue keeping yoga in the community. I love practicing my yoga at Common Bond Yoga! They have a great central location that is easy to get to no matter what form of transportation you are taking! They have a great variety of classes at different hours of the day and days of the week!!! I have felt completely welcome there from the first moment I stepped into the studio!!! Benjamin and the other instructors have been so open and willing to help guide me in my personal yoga journey!!!!

People of all sizes really are welcome here. They are welcoming, helpful, and encouraging!

I was impressed with the welcoming environment! It can be nerve racking sometimes, trying a new place for yoga or exercise in general. I felt comfortable right away and it helped very much that there were props available and a lot of alternative poses to receive the yoga experience that was best for me as self care is so important! I’m looking forward to trying the variety of classes available at this location!

What a fabulous studio! I attended a morning session with Ben, and was welcomed with open arms! My home studio is in the Portland area, but dropped in at Common Bond since I am staying with family in Springfield for the week. Love the flow of the class and a flexible degree of difficulty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio to call home!
