I am almost 2 years black card member and I have been all branches from Vancouver to Eugene, but last night whoever helped me he was the best. Please thank him from me. (8.18.20 about 7.30pm) Thanks again.

I have been a member for over 4 years. I really like this gym but the recent change in operation times is terrible. Not opening until 8:00 am when we all have to be to work by then is greatly disappointing. I understand the air quality is terrible everywhere but all the other gyms are open by 5:00 am. Yes, I got a trial membership elsewhere in hope of the times changing but I do not want to have to make the switch permanent. Please fix this fast.

Wonderful staff and clean. Due to Covid, extra clean but not the head counts. Partly (because I don't know)due to the pandemic and they follow the count and distance rules.nGreat workout equipment!

Why is it soo hard for people to clean up after themselves? Staff is great very helpful in some ways I think they might be a little too nice. Never the less they strive to keep the members happy. Cleaning supplies are readily available. Social distancing is made possible by the staff placing signage on machines to create space. People please clean up after yourself, don't be lazy yeah your working out, but you brought the weights over put them back when your done. My rant is over I think until a Karen decides to chime in in response to my post. The Karen can be male or female or what ever is appropriate. When I come to the gym it's to work out, I want to get in get sweaty burn some calories, and get back out into the world. Again the place is clean, staff is helpful, social distancing is effective when everyone does there part. I have had good experiences. Have not seen a Lunk Alarm.. yet. Have fun be safe.

I love this gym. Great staff, variety of machines. No Barbies or Lunkers. Just normal people working out. Just great atmosphere all around. My only complaint is the class schedule. They are mainly during the work day, and for those of us at work...well, that doesn't work out very well. Would love to see more classes set for after 3pm.
