I have nothing good to say. GVS assured I would be able to get into the storage unit on Sunday. I wasn't given the code until Saturday night/Sunday morning via e-mail and text. When I wasn't able to get in on Sunday because the code didn't work, there was no one to contact. I had to store my items elsewhere.nWhen I asked for a refund, I was told from the Indianapolis location, the refund request would have to be sent to corporate. I received no response. I followed up via e-mail to the Indianapolis location and received no response.nI finally contacted corporate. I did get a reply back saying there were no refunds. They admitted I should have received the code before Sunday and should have tested it. They didn't follow their own procedures for that, but they did follow their procedures for not giving a refund.nI will recommend people go to a different storage facility.

Everyone that works here is very helpful and nice. The location is convenient. The storage units are easily accessible for those who have unit. They are protected very well with a code gate and closed at 10pm. I know that my things are safe.

Was looking for a 10x30 storage unit and Great Value Storage had the best price around. Talked with Robert who took the time to clearly explain the terms and conditions including insurance. I was checked in by Tina who handled the paperwork very efficiently. You couldn’t find two nicer people to deal with than Robert and Tina. Thank you Great Value Storage for having people of this caliber on your staff. They both set the Gold Standard for customer service!

This storage company is the best one I’ve ever used! Angela the manager, was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable before purchasing a unit. Her customer service was above and beyond!
