Adam Warnke is the finest attorney I have ever had. I’ve hired and dealt with many over the years. Adam is unique. He just gets it. He understands that whatever the legal issue, the real reason we contact a lawyer is anxiety. He’s among the best I’ve ever seen at relieving that anxiety where possible. Adam was so genuine in his personal approach with our parents. He took his time and never seemed rushed in explaining their options. He asked questions to understand their specific situation and then made his recommendations. He was very respective and extremely knowledgeable. They both seemed very much at ease and comfortable as he presented his proposed plans - not an easy task when discussing such sensitive topics with aging parents. I would definitely recommend Adam for elder planning. He creates an environment to ease the tensions of a typically emotional decision making process.
