I walked in at around 6:00pm and waited for about 30 minutes before being acknowledged and told that one of barbers was on their last cut for the day, the other was booked for the day, and the last had a client ahead of me and it was going to be a long wait time.nnThis was after I watched two of the barbers leave for the day with me waiting.nnNow I’m sure this wasn’t intentional but when you’re a service business you can’t afford to have customer service and communication be this poor.nnHope the store can learn from this incident and make an effort to improve communication in the future.
I don't know of a better barber than this shop. This is the only place, I take my son to get his hair cut.
