I called on a Sunday morning and spoke to the owner, Fefe, asking can she do my hair. I told her what I wanted, she told me to send a picture and she executed this hairstyle perfectly. I am completely pleased with the whole experience. Great customer service and wonderful people in general!
Got individuals for the first time ever and chose this place Alpha because I was driving past. I love my braids! Only took five hours. I get so many compliments on my braids. Fefe is very professional and the two sisters that braided my hair were awesome and very kind and funny, had me laughing. The children waiting to be picked up were very quite and respectful. I will be going back!.
If I could give less I would. Poor customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment on Thursday for a Saturday at 10am. I arrive and was told I would have to wait two hours. I’m a understanding person so I did. Two hours turned into six for them to tell me someone else would be coming in to do my hair. Very unprofessional to schedule appointments and keep the client waiting. I watched three other clients walk out because of appointments that they scheduled and can’t keep because they overbooked! Never coming back and I would recommend no one to else unless you have nothing else to do but WAIT

I am very displeased with this place!!! They refused to braid my hair due to my ethnicity and refused to braid my girlfriends hair because she was with me. I have never in my life been racist towards anyone nor have been the victim of racism and ignorance in my life! I will never go back here obviously nor will I send any business to them either!!!!!
