I am only a member because it's close to home. You never know who is actually in charge or working there. The front desk person is either not there or doesn't speak. I was a member once before and I loved it. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service and the downgrade in quality of the facility.

Awesome workouts, equipment and pool. I miss this place since I have moved. The LA fitness was located up around rout 4 in Cincinnati

They close at 5 on Saturday, but if you get there 4:30 is closed. Don’t allow you to enter the facility. Bad, really bad
