I have been going to this store for 25 years. It was great when Phil Manship managed the store. As soon as Phil left it went south. Terrible customer service. Very incompetent staff. After 25 years I’m leaving.

Horrible minute clinic. I called ahead of time because they were closing early at 2:00pm and was told that I would be able to be seen. I arrived at 1:30, the slots were full. I decided to stay and wait to see if they could possibly see because I was having a minor issue. This happened on New Years Day so the minute clinic was my only option at the time. When the physician finished with her patient at around 1:45pm I asked her nicely if she could please see me. My face clearly showed distress and I explained to her that we had been to 2 other minute clinics before and also called ahead of time just to be told there were no available appointments upon arrival. Also when you call to make an appointment the automated machine tells you there’s no need to make an appointment and they take walk-ins. The physician told me that she will not take an appointment if it is going to make her stay pass 2:00pm. I do understand wanting to go home. But it was before 2:00, I called ahead of time, and I was told that they take walk ins so there’s no need for an appointment. This was overall a complete waste of time and a horrible display of customer service. I would expect a physician to actually want to help people and not be so selfish.

Had a Covid-19 test over 2 weeks ago (14 business days). Still waiting for results. CVS refuses to take any responsibility for the company they contracted with for the testing. Needless to say, CVS's late test results are contributing to the community spread of the virus.

Drive through line always takes a long time and they will close if you arrive plenty early and they decide to take 30 mins with the car in front of you. I'd recommend going to another location if you can.
