I’m usually not the type to fill out reviews, but on this case I felt that it was a must. I have experienced nothing less than excellent customer service from AA Auto Body. Paul has provided me with nothing less than honest answers and even went into details while showing me. The times I visited the facility, I felt comfortable and respected. All of my questions were answered and the prices were great!! They provide great quality at a great price!! Thank you Paul, for all of your great work!
AA Auto is a great place to go for car repairs. The staff that greet me are always fair and friendly. Everyone from the sales manager to the mechanic is patient and understanding.nnI had all my brakes fixed/replaced and had my belt buckle replaced. During the process, I would ask questions like how did this work or why does this need to happen, etc., and they answered all my questions with sufficient detail. The pricing was very fair and I couldn't be more content with my experience.
My Chevy Impala needed headlights and other body work. I spoke with Paul and was able to get a reasonable estimate. Once the parts came in I dropped my car off and the work was finished in one day. I did end up getting condensation in one of my headlights. I called and spoke with Paul and was able to get it replaced with no problem. Definitely a great place to take your car and they are honest and fast.
