Honestly I hate giving out bad reviews, but this location is one I visit every couple weeks because its incredibly close to my house. I won't be going back anymore unfortunately. I can deal with rude workers, I only use the drive through. What I can't really excuse is the young woman who handed me my food aggressively without speaking whatsoever without my drink I waited assuming she had forgotten and would soon ask why I was waiting, or some other common occurrence. What I didn't expect was for her to pull her mask fully down wipe her nose with her palm and wrist then proceed to keep the mask off and attend to drinks.

Updating my previous review. Every time I patron this McDonald's items are wrong or missing from my order legitimately every time. I ordered delivery tonight and half my order was wrong or missing, there were none of the requested condiments, random items in my bag I did not order or want. And because this is a constant issue, the delivery service I used refused to do anything about it. I wish they'd just shut this one down or get management the help they need bc this went from being a favorite location once upon a time to being a nightmare every time. The employees are nice but something is Wrong here.

Lillian is one of the best managers here. She loves making people happy and is always happy herself. I really appreciate her service as an employee and a manager. I would miss her if she ever left. Hopefully she's staying there forever. McDonald's wouldn't be the same without her. ❤ufe0f
