Starbucks

Staff were wonderful. Very helpful with ordering and talkative and friendly. Quick service. They even gave my daughter a cakepop snowman because she was being nice in the line.

Feeling exhausted and needing a pick me up after an appointment, I decided since I never get Starbucks I’ll get myself a treat. Three women, two not working or doing anything but talking, behind the counter were laughing and talking with the woman in front of me as if they have known each other for sometime. She gets her drink and is on her way. It takes awhile for them to great me, as I’m close to the casing of food and staring at the menu. At this time one of the woman who was just standing around talking decides to leave, guessing her shift was up. I order my drink and food item. The woman who rung me up gave my cup to other women behind her who seemed bothered by the fact she had to make a drink. The woman who now has my drink cup starts complaining about my “super difficult” drink order were I asked for extra of 2 ingredients that’s already in the drink and swapped one type of syrup for another. With no whip cream. Apparently that was too much.nThe food item I order was completely different than what I was given. I ordered something that was Southwest veggie and was give egg and potato. Sucks that I can’t have eggs right now....nI don’t normally write bad reviews. Everyone has a bad day or might not like their job. However I don’t appreciate the fact that someone complained to my face about making a drink I paid for, the fact that they made it wrong because the didn’t care, and that I ordered a certain food item that I could eat and was given something I couldn’t eat. What a literal waste of money. And by the time I figured out both my drink and food item was wrong I was down the road and not turning back.nI’m sure if you work at the hospital it’s a different experience than a visitor of the hospital. I would highly recommend choosing a different location for your drink.

One of the staff members that took my order had an attitude the whole time. No reason to as I walked up with no line and immediately ordered what I wanted. Just before that, they were laughing and having a good time.

The staff were nice and the location was clean and my drink came out how it's supposed to.

Could've just drunk the free coffee in hospital not sweet or good just coffee and it's Carmel macchiatoud83dude22
