Picking up mobile order and waiting at counter. Waited 5 minutes. No greeting. Food and drink were left on a table in the dining area. Other Starbucks I have visited keep your food and drink behind the counter for safety reasons and when you arrive they greet you and ask if you’re picking up a mobile order; unfortunately the experience here is not like other Starbucks.
Staff is always very friendly. Service is fast & orders are always correct.
It's Starbucks.nBut, like all places with that warehouse-themed, open ceiling decor thing, they need to hang some acoustic tiles somewhere. So noisy! (I can't imagine working there for several hours every day. God bless 'em!)
My mocha Frappuccino barely had any mix in it and it wasn’t blended well!I will never do that again! It’s Starbucks they should be able to make a Frappuccino correctly!!!!!!!They really didn’t care what they gave me!!!!!!!I basically paid five dollars for ice and whipped cream there was barely any mocha in it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I paid for a trenta refresher drink ($5.35) with no water and they sold me a half filled drink. I've ordered this same drink at several other locations in the area on a regular basis, and I've never experienced that. As long as they value saving mere pennies over customer service; I'll use the Starbucks on binford for now.
