Cashier inside did not know how to use the coupons, had to have the manager come over and do it. The manager didn't even read the coupons properly therefore we were missing items in our order. When we realized they messed up they tried to get an attitude with us as though we entered the order in wrong. Had to reorder & pay for our second set of spicy chicken nuggets. We were not asked what type of sauce we wanted & when we asked for the spicy sauce for the spicy nuggets they provided us with buffalo sauce which is not what we wanted. They then told us that they were out of it. Even the employee outside cleaning told us to double check our food because people are ALWAYS complaining. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!
This place is always hit or miss. What ended it for me was when I saw an employee tell an upset customer to shut up and it wasn't his problem.nnIts hard to fond good help these days I suppose.
Took forever to get our food. Should have gotten in lon drive thru. Would have been faster. At least food was right but out of shakes.
Terrible. Especially late at night. I left before I got my food (after I paid), and that was after listening to 5 songs on the radio. Probably 20 minutes or more. I waited too long for fast food and left with nothing.
Seems to have improved service in past year. It's fast food though.
