I have been going to this Great Clips for years and will be a life long customer! Very professional and courteous . I was so happy to hear my favorite hairstylist Brianna is still working there.she been there for long time but she is amazing I would say no one can cut hair like she does, management, Brianna did an amazing job! If you are in need of a haircut or a new place to go I highly recommend this location. I went in for a simple men's cut, less than an inch off. I always go to great clips and has always been good, but this case was different. When I got home my wife noticed many spots that were just missed. 1 sideburns, 2 behind the ears, 3 the back of my head. It was noticable the second she saw me. So she finished a cut that I paid for and now I'm self conscious thinking there's another spot we didn't notice yet. I'm self conscious and disappointed in the fact I paid for a haircut and only got 7/10 of my hair actually cut.

I stopped going to Great Clips years ago because of the inconsistent service, which is apparently still an issue. I was visiting from out of town this time and needed my son's hair cut for a wedding. I showed the stylist his cowlicks and told her to keep those areas longer to prevent them from going crazy and she seemed to understand, but wound up cutting it all much too short. My nephew was with me and got his hair cut in the same style by another stylist; she was quick and his hair looked great! But my stylist said she was new, took an hour to do the job, and didn't do it well at all. We wound up using a bunch of hair gel to get it to look semi decent for the wedding.nNew stylists, please don't hesitate to ask questions if you need help! I'd rather you swallow your pride for a moment to get help than to have a shoddy haircut.

I've been bringing my boys here for years, well, to the women who work there and they are always kind, listening and there's been a time or two they helped me keep my kids in thier seats while I got my haircut, which happens once a year lol. I really enjoy the employees there and they are amazing!

Had a horrible cut and experience at another Great Clips location. Came to this location and Sherri listened to me, saw and fixed the problem no charge. If you have any problems go see her! Highly recommend this location.
