Starting off, I am already biased against this chain of stores. I have never had a good experience in one. Today, I went in to check the electronics department for a Nintendo Switch. There was one! I waited 20 minutes by the case, and eventually called customer services to send an employee! Another 5 minutes goes by, and there comes an employee who unlocks the case for another customer and gave them the console! What? I explained I have been waiting and had called up front. Worse than Walmart, and was easily one of the most ridiculous situations I've ever been in. I will never enter another target. As you can plainly tell my from my post, I am not happy about this.

The pickup service is excellent! Very easy and straight forward from ordering on the app to pickup. I was notified that my order was ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Love this service!!
