The cashier told me my in store coupon was invalid despite having proof of it from the mobile application. I went to another Walgreens location and they were able to help me more there.nPLEASE try not to touch customers phones during this pandemic. For some reason the cashier kept touching my phone and holding it while I tried to show her the coupon from a distance.nI am still giving 2 stars because the cashier and manager were friendly at this location.

Constant issues. They always blame either the doctors office or the insurance company. Every issue I’ve had was neither the doctor office or the insurance company but the pharmacies issue. Dayshift and evening shift never talk to each other so if you talk to someone in the morning it doesn’t get relayed to the afternoon. Same issues over and over and over. Do not recommend this pharmacy!

They are always as helpful as possible and usually have things in stock.

Literally the WORST store I have ever been in to because of the manager and employees. I advise everyone DO NOT come to this location!!!! Never ever! I work at 2 very very very busy stores, I have always worked with people so I am very familiar with how to have good customer service. I promise this place is the WORST!!
