Manager here is a joke. They have a couple of guys that give good customer service but other than that don't even bother. You have to call to Albuquerque to make an appointment. Albuquerque forgets about you and never delivers a message. You go into the Santa Fe store to find out what's going on and nobody knows what's happening. I gave them multiple tries to fix customer service but I decided to move on.
Staff extremely rude Said I had to have a mask on to shop in their store And it didn't say mask required on the door if it said that I wouldn't have bother coming in Didn't even bother to ask what I needed Let's all right I'll be happy to spend more money at fastenal
My favorite locksmith in town, they can make keys for just about anything and also great for re-keying locks.
They helped me with my truck and all was good.
Come back Santa Fe lock and Key! Territorial is a rip off with awful customer service! Stay away!!
