Play by the rules any you’ll have a pleasant experience. Lots to look through from birth to about 3t or so. Owner is very generous with trade I have not bought any new clothes for my baby who is 6m and my boy who is 2y. I only shop here for clothes.

Terrible customer service. Not helpful, understanding or willing to explain. She is degrading in the way she talks to potential customers. Made two phone calls and have never set foot in her store and never will. I don’t know how she runs a business with her attitude towards others.

Called to talk to them about what they “buy” but apparently that’s a no-no word. It’s all “trade” which is what I was asking about but the lady was so rude and was very disrespectful. I’ve never had someone in customer service talk to me that way. I definitely will not waste my time going to this store. Go to Peppypotamus!

She was very Nice and has great prices and Awesome sales!

The owner is extremely rude and won't help you find what you're looking for. There isn't enough space in the store to maneuver the aisles with a stroller, and the whole place is packed and hard to sift through. I'll drive the extra distance to avoid this place.
