Colerain Family RV of Indianapolis

We had a great experience as first time RV buyers with Colerain Family RV of Indianapolis. Our salesperson Lance Decker walked us through the process, got us a great deal on our TT, and kept us posted on delivery status. Our finance manager Vikki Wagner was instrumental in helping us obtain financing, and helping us understand various coverages and what it meant as far as our monthly payment. Our walk-through tech Marty Lawson did an outstanding job of explaining how to keep our trailer clean, functional, and maintained and even let us videotape it for future reference :-). Highly recommend Colerain Family RV of Indianapolis whether you are a first time or experienced buyer. You will not be disappointed with the service and prices.

Bought our RV earlier this year from the Indianapolis location. Everything was great, so excited to use the new camper and unfortunately, hit a low hanging branch causing damage to my roof. Took the camper back to Colerain to see what they could do, we had a big vacation coming up and needed the camper for it! They took great care of us and got the unit repaired so we could still go on our trip.nnThis past weekend, we were camping. Long story short, my husband was on the roof of the camper checking some things out, looking to the new roof, antenna, vents (everything that was recently replaced). Another gentleman happened to be camping there as well and noticed the sticker on the camper and my husband on the roof. He explained he worked at Colerain and asked if he could help and answer any questions. Next thing I know, this guy is on our roof, helping to work on something, ran for parts to the local hardware store, and came back to finish the job.nnThis is customer service! Highly recommend Colerain RV. Andrea Miller is exceptional. Not a high pressured sale and she is knowledgeable. The entire staff was great to work with. Colerain was worth the drive

Short story, Colerain RV just plain rocks. They were super helpful, went above and beyond and had us on back on our way in less than 5 hours. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. They made us feel like we were the only people on the planet, or at least in their facility.nnLonger story…pilot error and bent rim on our travel trailer on our way through Indianapolis. I found Colerain RV and rather than wait for a tow, I slowly took the trailer to Colerain. Arrived during lunch time. A few employees noted when I arrived that getting parts during the time of Covid might be difficult. In our minds, my wife and I were already making plans to leave the trailer and return for it at some point down the road, to be determined. 

Well, the service managers could not have been more helpful. They had two axles on premise that would work. Hooray. We would require new tires as well. I think they pulled the trailer in to their shop about 2pm or so. While they replaced the axles, someone took the wheels to the nearby tire shop and had them replaced. 

So it looked like we would be on the road soon, but we figured it would be overnight and we started to make plans for a hotel. On a visit back to check in with the shop, things were moving quickly, and I was told we would probably be good to go later that day. 

Some employees stayed late to ensure we could get on the road that afternoon. Just amazing. 

So hat’s off to everyone at Colerain. We were very happy campers (literally!).
