Have been standing in their cage waiting for a door assignment with 3 other driver now for over 30 minutes. I’m betting the loading will be a joke to.nUpdaten1 hour to load.
They set appointment times during their lunch break, so 945 to 1015 is a waste of time. No signage for shipping and receiving sides. Shipping on east side. Actual load time was about 45 min. Not to bad.
Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment at 17:00. I got a door right away n got loaded in under 25 minutes. Thank you guys. Peace ✌ud83cudffb
0 stars. Been here twice. Both times I was early for my appointment. This time was here at 0740 for an 0800 appointment. Mr. Personality put me right into a dock, locked me in at 0845 and didn’t touch me. Being the only truck on the Receiving side, at 0915 went inside to see a sign saying went to lunch be back in 30 minutes. At 0935 Mr. Personality said they were getting ready to start on me so I returned to my truck. At 0945 they started unloading me. Left with signed paperwork at 1015. Unacceptable
Receiving is on the north side of the building by dock 46 and shipping is the south side by door 76. Plenty of overnight parking,no facilities so bring a jug!! Just bumped the dock 45mins early to my appointment.
