I just waited in line for an hour for CVS to tell me that they can't do my COVID-19 test because they don't have a picture of my insurance card (which wasn't even an option that I saw on their site)! I gave them my Anthem ID number (both online and in person) and they refused to even look at it. I offered to pay cash and again they refused!

Matt was amazing and worked with me so well. My extra care card wasn't working properly and he took 15 minutes to ensure I got the deal that was intended.nnThe store manager was awful! He kept saying I had reached my limit and already used the sale, which I had not. I tried to call corporate but they were closed, thats when Matt stepped up and helped me out.nnThe extrabucks distributed at the end, proving I hadn't used the deal prior like the store manager had accussed me of. 100 percent did not appreciate feeling like a criminal!!!!

NEGATIVE STARS.The drive thru is a joke 45 min for 2 cars to be helped. 6 people drove off behind me an64 more took their place. I would suggest going to Walmart or Walgreens we are getting ready to switch. And the people they have working the pharmacy are rude and don't have a clue what's going on or just don't care. SURELY ALL CVS ARE NOT THIS BAD

My fiance called to get his prescription filled this morning and was told it would be ready by 1:00. After 4, I headed over there to pick it up, only to be told it was going to be another half hour. When I got through to the line again 45 minutes later, I was told it was going to be another half hour. No one has the time or patience to be waiting on a prescription that should have been done hours ago. Do not use this pharmacy.
