My husband and son needed a tow truck tonight and we called JR Services. The operator was super nice and helpful. He even called and gave me an update on where the driver was. The driver arrived promptly and was super friendly! We will use them in the future for any roadside assistance or towing needs. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best towing I have dealt with in 25 years of driving. Dealt with an impossible situation with an auto house that would not release my vehicle and these guys came through! After all of the obstacles of the situation, the hold ups, paperwork, delays, and whatever they threw at us JR's was able to do it. Unbelievable service. Look at all the other towing company's in town and compare the ratings. These guys are #1.
From the person in the office answer calls to the driver, their service was amazing and very professional. They were all pleasant to deal with unlike other towing companies in the area. Came at the time they said they would and just overall great service.
If I could give 10 stars I would, 5 stars does not do their company justice. These people are amazing! They are true professionals, very understanding and trusting. They are empathetic, treat you like family and are very caring. They even picked me up and brought me to my car, it does not get any better than that. That's going way above and beyond. I'd recommend them to anyone ;)
