I'd give it a zero if I could. I know the family history of this particular business and it's very sad. I wouldn't support this business with a penny.
If I could I would give 0. Poor integrity and professionalism within management. Poor treatment of staff and employees who have been there 20+ years. Would not trust or associate with this company.
Buy parts online, don't order by phone. Had some questions about what specific parts I needed online, so I called to get some clarification. The person with whom I spoke to was very nice and helpful, but ended up ordering and shipping me the wrong parts. Customer service wants me to ship back the parts on my own dime. Will be sticking to ordering from local dealers.
Excellent customer service. Great parts.
