The owner Alex G. is so irresponsible and unreliable. I called him and took my address and said that he'd get me a quote based on Google Earth in 15 minutes. Never did. Instead he messaged hours later apologizing that he was in the yard playing.nGave him a second chance and emailed him for a quote. We emailed back and forth with my last message giving him a good time to come by for a quote. He stopped replying. Midday the next day I messaged him with my disappointment of how unreliable he is so far and this is just a quote. He emailed back for my address. I didn't respond because I'd already given him my address twice. At this point I was done pursuing him for my paint job because he's clearly unorganized and cant be taken serioulsy. An hour later he appeared at my house without any appointment or notification. I was in the back yard doing some things when I heard someone calling for me in my driveway. I figured I'd go ahead and let him give me the quote since he was here, but I was not happy with him just showing up like that. He took some pics and answered my questions and said he'd get me a quote in the next couple days. Two days later he emailed stating that he had the estimate ready but he was waiting on prices for paint. I replied that I was eagerly waiting. Never heard back. After a couple days I texted him asking how the quote was coming along. No reply. That was three days ago. This guy is a waste of time and is the most unreliable person I've ever dealt with when I needed to outsource a job.

I have recommended Alex and his team to others in my field that needed great painters. I received calls from them thanking me for the recommendation as they are very pleased with Smarts paintings product.

The best of the best for Residential or Comercial in Indiana area these guys are professionals they really take pride of their job, Alex the owner is friendly, polite and extremely professional. I will use their service again and I will recommend it to my friends. Don't take my word Try them.
