Justice. Integrity and professional are just a few words I can use to describe Ms. Turner.nWhen I contacted her she didn't just reply...she had already jumped into action....Never has an attorney took the leap of faith that she did for me!nI was told I could not file to modify my sentence any more, but with her value...it was made to look easier said than done!nI am at home now because I put my faith in her passion to bring justice to my cause. By the way, it was quick how this all came about...nI am more than appreciative for Ms. Turner, not just for what she has done for me...but for the hope that she gives to many families who seek to help their loved ones.nEverybody I know, knows about her...she is worthy to be spoken about and I would suggest her above all...nTop notch and most of all...a quality person who leads with humility!nThank you!

I have been following a case in Bedford. Lawrence County Courts and police are some of the most corrupt in the nation. The fourth amendment does not exist in Lawrence County. The police and the courts don’t even try to hide this fact. Suppressions denied as a matter of course, not a matter of law. They stop and warrantless search whomever they want.nnI am super glad your client in Bedford took it all the way. Ultimately he had to decide to take it to trial knowing he would loose and get maximum sentence. The only solace being almost certain victory on appeal once a court with any respect for the law looks at the case.nnPlease, please, please, file an appeal for this pauper client. I want to read about how the court of appeals sent this back down to be tried properly.nnJudge Plummer was the laziest and worst PD the world has ever seen. He has no business being a judge. His content of character disqualifies him. Arp is/was a State Cop. He is never ever going to question anything the police do, right or wrong. Its a system ready to railroad anyone that comes before it. You lost before you started.nnHow does a lawyer have five stars!? Must be darn good!
