I was unable to contact Ms. Davidson before, my disability appeals hear. As a result I was not able to up date her on my case. My first contact with Ms. Davidson was 15mins before we went in front of the Judge. I called the Hankley office 3 to 4 times attempting to contact my attorney only to be shuffled to two other associates before Ms. Davidson. At my appeals hearing so was still armed with my initial info, but after nearly a year I never got to speak to anyone. I was arbitrarily denied and I had to find out on my own MS. Davidson never TOLD me.

Attorney Davidson helped me in my fight for LTD after I was denied. I was going to give up, when my husband told me I should consult an attorney to see if I had any case at all. The Indiana University Student Legal Services had recommended the Hankey Law office, so I took my case to Attorney Davidson and she felt that I did have a legitimate dispute. It wasn't a strong case, but we ended up settling out of court with a lump sum that I would have never received had I just given up. I am so grateful to her for this. Her paralegals (Malinda and Ashley) also were supportive and terrific throughout the process. They would calm me down and helped me every time I was confused or worried. Attorney Davidson always made time for me, despite her huge caseload. I never felt rushed through our discussions. I would hire her again in a split second. She is a top-notch defense attorney with great paralegals. Hankey Law Office is an extremely competent office. I give them my highest recommendation.
