I got my appointment rescheduled TWICE by Alexa just hours before the appointment for the same original one. The first time she said it was a family emergency so I was completely understanding and only requested she let me know when her next availability was for the service I requested. No response. So I rescheduled it myself and put a note that this was a rescheduled appointment. Today she messaged me 3 hours before the appointment stating she needs to take her dog to the vet and therefore reschedule. Sorry, but I'm not going to reschedule again just to get it cancelled again.
Corinne is the best. She makes sure to take the time and ensure that you love your hairstyle. She is easy to talk to and Indianapolis is lucky to have her. I will be going to her for every haircut I get.
I think this place is great, but be careful, Carol Mercuri is absolutely kookoo. I used to go to her when I lived in Indy. Recently she went on my personal Facebook and Instagram page and wrote nasty comments under my photos because I have different political views than her. Wish I had never gone to see her in the first place.
Went to visit my stylist Anthony Teague here recently, great experience since each stylist has their own space. If you trust your stylist you know you will be safe here.
Love the location right by my office. Alexa Huff is great always works with my schedule and makes me look great too!
