F45 Training Indianapolis Downtown

This place is addicting!! F45 gives you the ability to challenge yourself on a daily basis. I love to walk in not knowing what to expect and leave so accomplished. The staff is also welcoming and everyone is treated like family. Classes are fun and fast and effective. Plus, unlike other gyms, they offer a week free trial which gives you the ability to try the variety workouts each day. I definitely recommend trying them! ud83dude01

Have been a member since August and love the energetic and encouraging coaches. The workouts are planned in advance and all of the equipment is laid out prior to every class. Highly recommend!

I feel like an athlete again!! From the minute I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. I wanted to try F45 due to being a burned out triathlete, and now I’m hooked. Alex, Blake, Ashlynn, and Quentin are the perfect mix of hype, positive motivation, critical feedback, and energy!! Highly recommend F45 to anybody of any fitness level. You can modify the moves either up or down to meet your needs, so it’s a phenomenal workout every time! The balance of strength to cardio is perfect.

Keeping myself accountable for working out is easy at F45. This is mostly because the trainers and the people with you are SO much fun, while pushing you to (and a little past) your limits! F45 is a community that I am SOOO happy to be a part of ud83eudd0d

I started going to F45 about a month ago and can't say enough good things! Everyone at this studio is super upbeat, friendly, and they do a great job of keeping everything clean and sanitized as we work through these COVID times. Most of all I'm guaranteed a good workout everytime I sign up for a class!
