It's very confusing why a business would not care to have signage so that their service can be easily accessible. Like, hello, street signs would be GREAT
Have been told multiple times that even though I receive my service connected disability on either the first of the month or the designated day that the VA authorizes payment, that the reason I can't access the money is because the VA has dictated to the credit union the time in which they(the credit union) are allowed to process, deposit and or post the money into my account on the first or the designated payment date. I have contacted the VA, and they stated they do not have anything to do with what time my credit union allows access to the funds EXCEPT for the day in which the VA has posted the payment. It is up to the credit union as to what time on the designated day the funds are to be available. Do not use this credit union if you want access to your disability payments at 12 am or before 8 am the day your money is supposed to be in your account. I have spoken to both representatives via face to face and telephone, and the issue is still unresolved and they still keep blaming the VA.
There is no bank at this location. There is no atm either.
